rang from 0900am to 0915 consistently with no answer on a friday morning. When I got someone after 0915 was told that the Carb guy is on a different number and unfortunately is the same guy who handles the wrecking and who did not return my calls regarding a parts inquiry last week. Disappointing as the wrecking inquiry would have been a large purchase and I was ready to purchase a new rack(4) of 34mm mikunis this morning(stock permitting) I guess the internet wins over small business again.

Cannot recommend this store enough!! I selected the incorrect chain pitch on an item purchased from them online, and only realised when the item arrived at my door. A quick email and phone call to Paul saw me returning the incorrect item and having the correct item express posted out to me without delay. Thank you guys!

I ordered a muffler which was not in stock. I had to be ordered from the USA. I was told 6 to 8 weeks. I rang after 6 weeks. Told it was not here yet. Fair enough. I rang after 8 weeks. It still wasn't in. They said they would follow it up and get back to me. After 13 weeks I rang them back. Still not in. They would follow up and let me know. After 14 weeks they still hadn't contacted me. I rang them back to find out that it had "dropped off the system with another muffler". They said sorry about that. No offer to try and source one quickly for me. Cancelled the order. Ordered direct from the USA for 150 less than their price including shipping . It arrived in 2 weeks. I won't make that mistake again.
Great service... It was my first time hiring a motorbike and John really helped me in selecting the right motorbike and accessories for our trip... He also gave us tips for driving in Adelaide and Kangaroo island. I can't comment on price as it was my first time but it seems competitive based on the research I did in other cities. The motorbike, helmet and gear were in great condition (as good as new)

Emailed them for parts for my 21 year old Kawasaki & they got the part I needed straight away. Definitely will be my first place to visit when my Kawasaki isn't running correctly. Looked like a good range of clothing as well.
Is it any wonder people shop on line and small business in Australia is on the decline . I ordered a set of carburettors , these people are the agent for this brand . I had to pay for them in full , 2090 and was told 21-30 days for delivery . Never mind under Australian Consumer Law its illegal to ask for full payment . Its also treating people with contempt . After 4 weeks I sent an email to find out where my order was . Oh there still on back order , well , that would have been nice to know , so I waited for the seventh week to pass and then demanded a refund . They finally turned up and now they have been sold to someone else . I'm going to shop online where stores give guarantees and strive to offer good service because they value their reputations and customers . Good luck to anyone dealing with this place ide suggest doing your homework and going elsewhere , like I've just done , and saved 400.00. According to the reviews this place should stick with scooter hire .
