I found this dealership a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The salesmen that helped us (Tom Lyons) had an honest and none pushy approach that we found to be very refreshing. He found us the car we wanted, with all the extras we wanted, in the colour we wanted and all in a quicker time frame than we expected. Nothing was to much trouble to ask Tom. Upon delivery, they spent a long time explaining everything about the car and setting it up for us (which was very helpful doing this on a Sunday). Something that is so rare to see today, is a nice family run business with a great friendly team. We would love to buy another car from them in the future.

I wish that it were possible to give more than 5 stars. ️ Over the past 8 years, we have purchased more than 6 new bikes. From the first seconds of walking into the dealer, someone calls out "Hi, won't be a minute!" - and to be fair this dealer is always crawling with people. They are busy busy busy, but you never feel like you're waiting long. The service team are excellent and have always done great work on our bikes. Worthington also have ride days where customers can all get together and go for a ride together which is great. We now have buying a bike down to an art: 1. We call Ian and tell him what we are looking for 2. We get a call back in half an hour with price and pick up date 3. We collect the bike Thank you to Ian and the whole Worthington team, we are 'team Worthington' for life.
My BMW broke down on the M1 and was towed to the Worthington service centre. I got my first call from Chris within minutes of getting home. It was a relief to hear that my car had arrived safely and was in good hands. By the following day, after further updates, my car was ready. I cannot praise Chris and the team enough. Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly. Thank you Worthington BMW!
Lied to my face about the conditions of warranty on my new BMW G450X in 2008. They totally neglected to tell me that the 100 hour service would equate to the cost of a full almost a full engine rebuild. So with a year of warranty to go and 100 hours (approx 3000km) I was told that to keep the warranty valid this major service would cost 4600. I took them to consumer affairs and they fought so hard with blantant lies,to the point I just dropped it and felt karma would sort it in the future. I will never deal with this company again, I never deal twice with people who cannot honour what they say! Fortunately I kept my Honda CR500 which is still going strong to this day.

Never visit again due to disgusting purchasing experience. I am planning to buy a new BMW for my husband as a birthday present.Almost one month looking, we finally made a deal with this dealer and drove over 80km to do the x4 20i inspection this afternoon. The sales insisted the car is brand new and is undrive, also the contract indicates that odometer is 15km but actually is 132km. Then we found that the condition of all tyres are not brand new but even worse than my 1 year old used tyres, at the meanwhile, Bridgestone normally comes with this model but the car we inspected comes with pirelli. We felt so upset and disappointed. Everthing is messed up. Can't believe an authorised BMW dealer do such these things. Totally waste our time. Sucks! Never visit again and do not recommend!
Brought a used bmw premium certified car from these guys. Took it to a mechanic a week after picking it up and it has numerous oil leaks .I have emailed and called and nobody is getting back to me .I wish id not bothered paying the extra for a premium certified car .could have brought a car with oil leaks privately. Wish i could give a 0 star rating I have emailed you already with no response this is why I have made this review
