Fantastic to deal with! Can't rate these guys highly enough. Their customer service has been fantastic, and their understanding when WE were running late with our install has been great. We've had a few small issues, which the team at Indoor Outdoor Spas have been more than happy to help us with, providing EXACTLY the customer service you would hope for, yet rarely see these days. Couldn't thank the delivery guys enough, Troy and Liam were champions, placing the spa in position and hanging around after a long day to assist with the installation.

Thank you to Mike and the team. From enquiry to installation you all made it so easy. We wanted the spa for a special teenager with a love of water and a need to swim all year round. Mike was able to talk me through best options, council requirements and what was needed as a base for the spa. Troy and Liam on delivery were fabulous, staying through till the spa was filled and ready to use. They walked me through the manual and spa maintenance and had plenty of helpful ideas. I would recommend Indoor Outdoor Spas to anyone for their quality of service and product.
The staff at Indoor Outdoor Spas are great, they are very helpful and professional. The delivery team is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. The spa itself is awesome, wasn’t really sure I would like it that much but I have been in it every other day and it’s fantastic after golf. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a Spa.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Steve was our salesman, very knowledgeable and helpful. Patient with our questions. Delivery was seamless. Delivered on time . Troy and Liam were very friendly, super efficient and explained the workings of the spa easily. Rebecca in the office is great too. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Ps. Prices are great as well.
Amazing spa and a great company to deal with, I had an issue recently and Indoor Outdoor spas rectified it quickly even though it was out of warranty. Can't speak highly enough of them. Regards Ken.
