I have used this service on several occasions and had always been happy with the service, but service seems to have seriously declined. I needed to get to the airport from Gosford and they didn’t respond to my request from their online booking service for several days after I had already travelled. I decided to give them another go on my return trip, but it looks like I am getting the same lack of response. So I booked elsewhere.

Over the last couple of years, we use Central Coast Shuttle all the time. They are awesome. Always on time, polite and go above and beyond to accommodate our group tours. They also allow me to leave my car at their depot so that I can drive straight home. Excellent service. Jan

Now I knew we would be waiting up to 30mins if there was another flight coming in from other passengers but we waited almost 3 hours. I was told that it was because they had to pick up other passengers from domestic terminal and then they would come get us (doesn't take more than 2 hours) when we finally got picked up there was no one else in the van. So who the he'll were we waiting for?! We had gotten off a 17 hour flight to and waited so long after. And lack of communication and no remorse or empathy for customers.

Booked the bus for my 17 year old son who flew from the Sunshine Coast to Sydney. His plane arrived in Sydney just under 20 minutes late. He texted me from the agreed meeting place to say the driver was not there. Waited another 15 minutes and he finally received a text message to say they had left without him because his plane was late. Was told the driver would be back in 1.5 to two hours. I called the company to complain and was met with unapologetic rudeness and the claim that the plane was half an hour late (which it wasn't). We made other arrangements for him to get to the Central Coast but were not given a refund. After my phone call, the staff phoned my son and taunted him, repeatedly calling him "big boy" who's "mummy" had complained. What kind of people would do that? We will NEVER use this service again.

Mr Johnson. The problem with your comment is that's it NOT true. Regardless of what you may think or have come to believe, your mother's knee "clicked" and failed to hold her weight while she was getting into the bus. This resulted in her falling on her knee onto the step and she skinned her leg. Barry, our driver, was standing behind her at the time and saved her from falling out of the bus onto the concrete thus preventing a far more serious injury. You may not want to hear that, but that is exactly what happened. This was all witnessed by another passenger who just happens to be a school teacher and school chaplain. I don't think she would tell lies, do you? Your mother was offered assistance, she was asked if she wanted an ambulance or medical treatment at hospital, she replied she just wanted to get home where her daughter, who is a nurse, would look after her. She was helped and assisted also by the other passenger on the way home. This has all been explained to your sister who was happy to "just leave it at that". But putting silly untrue comments on social media platforms seems to be the thing to do these days. It is very unfortunate that your mother suffered an injury whilst on our bus. Perhaps if she had been assisted in her travels by a family member instead of being elderly and travelling alone, things could have been different. This was NOT our fault, nor was her injury contributed to by our driver. As for me being despicable, the truth sometimes is not what people want to hear and I was just letting your sister know what information I had been able to obtain from the independent witness. I'm sorry if you choose not to believe the truth but that does not give you the right to put rubbish comments on public social platforms. These comments could easily be construed to be defamatory as they are "published" comments that could result in legal action. That may stop people writing whatever they think they can whether it be truthful or not.

communication would be a starting point! Like many others we were left for nearly 2 hours waiting and when we spoke to Phil on the phone he spoke to my husband like he was annoying him, so nasty and rude. . . even the return comments he posts to people review's are very rude. . . instead of having a go at people maybe fix what the complaints are. . the driver Steve was great no problem with him or the bus.

Had booked 2 times already and amazing service overall. Right from booking to final pickup/drop, all communication were prompt and clear. Drivers are all professional and punctual. 5 star service.

Such bad service. After a long haul flight we waited 2 hours for the driver. Apparently the previous clients landed early so our driver left. I mentioned that it was a long time to wait to one of the drivers on the phone and he was argumentative and rude and insisted that we had only waited 1 hour. An apology would have been all that was required at that point. We travel quite a fair bit and will not be using this company again for any further travel. 1 star is far too much.
