Visited the Fairfield showroom after having rang a few days before to confirm they had an item I could look at. Found the service was great, the staff were very personable and I was able to purchase the item on the spot. Completely seamless experience.

Love Sokol Furniture - We bought new lighting fixtures for our property before we sold and the new owners adore them. They even asked us where they from - Naturally I mentioned Sokol.
Purchased a sofa and coffee table for my new apartment and absolutely love them! My girlfriend is very picky about quality but even she was impressed. The delivery was very fast and the service great. Will purchase again.
Purchased "wall dots" online 5 months ago and still haven't received them. The only time I get an update is when I contact them. Each time I'm told it's another 3 weeks until they're in stock. I've also noted to them that at the time of purchasing and since I've been waiting for my product the website displays product "in stock". I've asked for a refund... Still waiting for the promised call back. Fair to say I will never shop with Sokol again and strongly advise against others doing so.
Bought a sideboard from Sokol and it is brilliant. Finding mid-century furniture is quite difficult but there is such a great range of pieces here. Cheers

So disappointed with the experience here. I don't like to express any negative feedback, but shopping with these guys has turned out to be really upsetting. Paid for a set of dining chairs that were not in the warehouse in Fairfield but assured they were just a transfer away and would be ready for collection just after New Year, the week of the 4th and someone would call as soon as they were there. I didn't receive any call and just out of curiosity I left it to see how long it would take. Needless to say almost a month down the track being the 18th no telephone call so I thought I better chase this up. Not only were the chairs still not in the Fairfield warehouse, but there seemed to be a little problem and I would have to wait to get a call back to just clarify a few things. Got the call back only to be told that the chairs that I had paid for and told were in stock were in fact not in stock. To the credit of the person I dealt with regarding this and had nothing to do with the initial sale...she was mortified and could not be more sorry, but she did disclose that an email had been sent by the warehouse not long after the 29th to advise these chairs were not in stock...and nobody bothered to call to relay this information to their customer who had paid for the chairs in full. This is just so ridiculous that I need to share this and warn others. I don't know if Sokol pay more attention to their wholesale clients and don't worry too much about their retail clients...but basic customer service is crucial regardless. If you deal with Sokol just make sure everything is above board and make sure they communicate with you if you're waiting for product. ...and I'm still waiting to find out what is going tho happen with the chairs. It's too funny.
