Needed rear suspension kit for my car, rang to confirm part number, was told it fitted and did both front and rear, placed order. Front set only supplied. Rang company, offered refund. Sent items back. Now they say part numbers of items were missing BUT I sent back exactly what they sent me. They refuse to refund and I am doubtful if they will return MY goods back to me. (I could use them/will have to use them on the front end at some time. Being on a pension you do not need to be messed around. I was also told that the correct kit was not in stock even though their web site said they had ten in stock.

Worst place to buy parts from, i bought parts on a Wednesday to be delivered by Monday, only 20kms away. Haven't received parts and when I rang them to find out whats happened they told me they will call me back than no phone calls. I just want my refund, I haven't got the parts by the time I needed so I don't need them, give my money back
WARNING! THEY DO NOT HONOUR WARRANTY! I bought Webco suspension from Superspares via eBay which failed within warranty. I informed Superspares numerous times and they ignored all emails and won't answer calls. I now have Fair Trading involved and will be going through NCAT. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
4WD spare parts and accessories can purchase in the shop, even internet can shopping like a eBay They have warranty services for all products and prices are low to middle range Kind staffs and good care of customer
Excessive delays with my parts (7 months*), when they stated two month backorder. Email is the only way to contact for after sales service, this is also delayed when they confer between their office & warehouse. No tracking provided or updates from either. I don't mind if companies use email only but they have to be on the ball. Unprofessional & inefficient. I do not recommend.
Had a good experience ordering through Superspares, got 3” lift springs for my patrol, arrived within 2 days of postage.. unfortunately the wrong springs were sent, after 1 phone call I had a return label and the correct springs were already being shipped (which arrived over night) Cheers!
Purchased a set of bilstien shocks form these guys , very quick at messaging back the delivery was about 2 days. Have to say I’m pretty happy nil complaints
