I have used NQ Pool Services for about 16 years to service my rental property at Smithfield and recently changed all my rundown pool equipment to my private residence in Cairns. Over this time owners and staff have kept me in touch with the workings of the pool and equipment. Also on top of repairs and replacements in a very quick turnaround. Have also pass info on about how tenants were looking after equipment ie skimmer basket not being empty daily. I find NQ Pools Services easy to approach either in person, email or in person. Full of knowledge and I have always been greeted with a Hello and smile. I highly recommend this company. Well done. Keep up the good communication and work.
