Extremely poor customer service. I called for a quote. They came soon thereafter and told me the entire fan system was faulty and needed replacement. At a cost of over 5000. I then obtained another quote from another company that came. Found it was a faulty solenoid and was a 100 part. Suffice to say I won’t be calling national motor rewinds for any future works.

We would have given you a FREE worse case scenario quote, once we would have been able to get on the roof or ceiling and check the problem properly....we would have given you a proper quote. The quote we would have given you would have been an estimated one based on the information we were given by you.
