We are thrilled with the tanks we had installed today! We had 2 x slimline tanks installed under our deck. The whole process from start to finish with Kingspan has been so easy. We had a slightly more challenging job with limited access to the under deck area. Upon first contacting Kingspan we were connected with Matt from the Design & Install team, and the experience we had with him was so positive. His customer service was excellent, and his responses were fast. He came up with a great solution for us - what more could you want! Kingspan took care of everything - laying the slabs for the tanks to go on, installing the tanks, connecting up multiple downpipes to the tanks, & installing the pump and tap. We bought the Sensit smart tank system to go with our tanks (which was installed by the team too) and I am really excited to be able to monitor our water levels over time. The whole process has been seamless and so easy. We timed it perfectly too, as soon as the install finished it started raining and so we got to start harvesting water immediately.
