Kathy went above and beyond in helping me send a special gift to my friend as a last minute urgent request. I am located in Melbourne and Kathy was the only person I found, who was willing to assist me by putting together a beautiful hamper with all things my friend liked, and personally delivering it to her, after hours, the same day!!!!! Thank you Kathy, you were my life saver and truly helped put a smile on my friends face. Extremely grateful to you! Highly recommended

Nothing is priced. Always cluttered and messy, always have the least enthusiastic, laziest staff. I'm constantly surprised this place hasn't gone bankrupt and closed down. Visiting this store is like stepping back in to the early 2000s.
