Obviously the kids always enjoy this place. But I think the over deep fried food you offer isn't great.. healthier food options would make this place 100x better...

Great amenities, atmosphere and pricing for entry. Food prices average and air-conditioning not being turned on consistently were only bad points. Lighting in younger child section could be improved as well for the parents who like taking pictures.

Flipout has many different areas for lots of fun and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I like that when I am sitting in the cafe area I am able to see all of the areas at once. Food and drinks are pretty reasonable in price. We enjoyed ourselves and hopefully will be back soon.

Bad communication..and customer service. Went for a friend's kids birthday party they went the week before to book a seating for the kids etc the girl told them they didn't need to book just rock upbit would be fine.. so we went for a 12 o'clock visit with all the kids and we were told couldn't come then as it was booked out we were told we had to wait an hour so we went for lunch with the kids then came back but what if we didn't have the money to go for lunch what we expected to go home and come back with all the kids what a joke

The kids had a really good time here. They went for the 2hr session and were tired by the end if it. They seem to have because there are a few different types of activities. I ordered wedges, nachos and tea. Food was good but the tea was not great. The lady put milk in the green tea and the english breakfast had no colour to it

kids had a great time. Downside - We were at a 6pm - 8pm party and staff were so focused on getting out on time that they kept trying to take dishes away whilst the kids were still eating.
