I can confidently recommend Ezy Spa Movers if you are seeking a experienced and competent team to delivery your new or used spa. From the very first phone call I knew I was in the best of hands. After speaking to our supplier I was expecting my new spa to be dropped off on my footpath however these guys basically installed it after getting it through a tight side passage and afterwards even explained how to maintain it. A 5 star hassle free delivery. Thanks Jason & Andrew, for your professional, good old fashion service.

I used this company to pick-up and deliver a spa to install in our back yard. Due to inclement weather, they made several attempts to back-up to the location where the spa was to be installed. (But failed) despite this, we were promised a return visit once the ground had dried in 5 days. The 5 days past, after numerous phone calls & text messages etc finally they returned our calls. However, it took a negative review on facebook and perseverance on our behalf for Ezy Spa to respond. We paid upfront (which was a bad mistake) they now will not return to finish the job nor refund 50% of our money for a job half done. Not only was the job half done !! we had excuse after excuse AND apparently Ezy Spa were doing us a favour to return to finish the job that we paid for. In summary, poor communication, poor customer service and poor planning in delivering a project. Do not recommend

I used EZY Spa movers to relocate a spa I had purchased. The communication with this company is very difficult and messages are slow to be replied. EZY Spa had difficulty in placing my spa in the desired location after several attempts on the day and due to the ground being wet they placed my spa in the garage and I was told they wouldn’t have a problem moving it to the desired spot as soon as we had 5 days free of rain for the ground to dry. I contacted them after the 5 days ... no reply, They requested I pay 400 cash on the day they attempted to move the spa( which I did) and I was to give them the final payment of 100 when they returned. They haven’t replied to my messages trying to get this problem resolved... we now have a spa in our garage and will need to pay more money for someone to move it. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
I thought relocating my spa was going to be a big hassle, but Jason made the task smooth and easy. He was super quick to respond to messages, turned up on time, and carried out the job with obvious expertise. I definitely recommend ezyspamovers. Jo
Jason and Andrew did a fantastic job removing our old spa from our deck. Quick and easy, I would definitely recommend them if you need a spa relocated or removed.
