Service level depends on how busy store is, usually good service is given ,sometimes when real busy this can take a while bit does happen if you are patient. Sales are always awesome and sometimes you can't pass up a good bargain. All in all I keep returning as the staff are always helpful and polite.

Always very busy here but the staff are always very helpful. Have called to put items on hold when they weren't available at my local store and they are always happy to help. Always received great service and staff have been great even when dealing with some very rude customers. Keep up the great work

Textile and party section were ok, friendly staff, clearance items are good value. But front counter was really slow and under staffed.

Very friendly staff and a pretty good variety of products to accommodate your needs . Improved check out process following the cash desks being repositioned The only advice otherwise - If you are out of stock of an item such as a matress protector , perhaps offer alternatives or suggest stores with stock. Not a huge issue, but was about to exit after being told you are out of stock, and happened to find alternatives when exiting .
