Food was tasty. The staffs lack customer service skills. They need to learn how to talk and serve their customers nicely and in a timely manner.Lady with no scarf very rude and abrupt.Simple request was to give us bottle of water but warm one not from the freezer. She fused and said No I cant I am very buzi here.Image 15 of us on dinner table waiting for drinks and no one turns up.Asked few times and staffs dont even bother. GO AND DO.SOME COURSES AND LEARN Some SKILLS,SMILE AND be more APPROACHABLE TO Your customers.

Been a local here for over 3 years now. Usually get takeaway as dining in just gets too crowded. Chairs are plastic and the table cloths never cleaned thoroughly. However, the food is always reasonable quality at a great price. If you're looking for cheap afghan/irani food this is thr place. The taste of the food is 7/10. The kebabs are actually quite good, the fried whole Fish is decent too. When you dine in you get free soup. Their meat is juicy and usually cooked fresh to order. Chicken and beef minced kebabs are really nice, but make you sick because if the oil in take. It seems you only get great customer service and extra salad or naan if you order in dari/farsi. However if I were to get technical, the rice is underseasoned, the minced kebabs have so much oil in them, the salad they provide is very limited(usually one peice of cucumber and tomato and cabbage), the service is poor, restaurant is too crowded, drinks are overpriced and limited amount of naan provided, (¼ peice of an afghan sized naan). I don't know why I keep coming back, but everytime my partner and I eat here we end up sick for days. Even so much we had to take off work, every, single, time. We think it has something to do with how oily the food is. My partner and I grew up eating this sort of food, so it's not foreign to us. I'll be monitoring this reviews to see if others have the same experience.

I’ll give them 10 stars if I could for their most delicious cuisine and customer service. I had placed an order over the phone and the lady got it confused with another but similar recipe. She looked after me by giving an extra portion of food. Thank you.

Been there few times. Food is delicious. Massive portions and very reasonable price. There are 2 issues only. They take a long time to prepare the food and tables need to be cleaned regularly.

Great food at very affordable prices. Only issue is wait time occasionally. You can avoid this if you all ahead and order,

feels very homely. the food is cooked well and is affordable compared to most middle eastern persian/turkish foods. i love well-cooked flavoured rice so theirs definitely hits the spot.

One of the best places to get charcoal kebabs. Their portions are more than generous and kebabs are grilled to perfection. I'm keen to try their lamb shank with kabuli pulao the next time I visit. Service was a bit slow but it was a packed night so I don't blame them. 10/10 an easy recommend for anyone wanting to try charcoal kebabs
