A BIG shout out to all the guys (and Emma) for going the extra mile in helping me out last minute on a Friday afternoon. My car had a headlight bulb out and apparently they are not the easiest to install due to it being a small hatchback and a lot has been cramped into a small space under the bonnet. Never the less they took the time to install it and I was on my way. A BIG thank you. It is really great to see great customer service in action from walking in the door.

Very helpful staff. This is my go-to store for car stuff. The last time I went, the part I needed wasn't listed but I gave the bloke at the parts counter as much info as I could and showed a photo of tye old one. He found something that seemed like it would do the job, and came out to the carpark a couple of times to make sure the part fit correctly before I bought it. First one didn't fit, second one did. It fixed the problem and my car is going again. Many thanks to the Repco crew.
Walked into store for some "expert advice", which is Repco's claim. Was wanting to buy products for a 1cm scratch on the car. Had my CC ready, but was told, without salesperson laying eyes on the scratch to take my car to a panel beater/body shop. Was asked how I would paint the 1cm scratch - perhaps the salesman thought it was brain surgery, and that I was not qualified to do the job. Left the store feeling angry and won't be going back. Very negative experience from Craig, in the paint shop at Moss Street. However, he did me a favour as I fixed the problem with a bit of steel wool and some clear nail polish, without him selling me 100 worth of products which he didn't think I'd be able to manage.
Great service and very helpful. I think the guy’s name was Adrian, although a few weeks ago but was very helpful in my purchase of Rhino Racks and then a few side extras. Didn’t try sell me anything I didn’t need. Just honest good helpful advice. Well worth the drive from anywhere in Queensland!
