Ordered parts, explained in detail what was required. Gave correct address, No 43. Parts get sent to No49. which doesn't exist so they eventually turn up late. Packing invoice has correct address on it!, correct part no. but wrong parts. 2nd time this has happened, last time drove 400km round trip to exchange parts on a Saturday morning. Their attitude is we stuffed up but it's up to you to sort it out. Easier and more reliable to deal with VPW, EMA, Eagle,etc.
Have bought a few times from these guys, very very helpful staff and happy to discuss correct item is purchased to suit application, prices are OK, service is great and delivery is excellent.
