Not worth a 2 hour wait to be served your meals!! Booked a reservation for 6 people at 7pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 6:50pm. There was a family of 4 who were at the restaurant before us waiting to be seated, family of 4 who were almost finished eating, family of 8 who came after us and were seated before us and got their food before us, another family of 4 and a family of 2 who also came after us and had their food served before us! We were seated at 7:15pm. They started cooking our meals at 8:44pm! All families received and finished their food before we even received ours! Friendly staff, good entertainment, chicken was a little over-cooked, onion wasn’t cooked properly and food could do with a little more flavour. Chicken fried rice really lacked flavour. Definitely not worth a 2 hour wait!!!! Staff were sorry about the wait tonight and gave a little discount because of the service we received.

Flavour was average, chicken fried rice lacked any flavour, portion sizes was shocking for the price! A friend ordered the chicken and prawn combo and got 3 prawns barely any chicken and a large side of vegetables! Chicken was dry and rubbery, I ordered the chicken and sirloin combo asked for the sirloin to be cooked medium however steak was well done not only that sirloin was cut into massive chunks so was hard to swallow because it was so chewy! Rice did not come out before meal or when meal had been cooked although menu stated that it comes with rice had to ask for the rice. Also staffed seemed confused on what they were doing?

Poor customer service...had to wait long for just couple dishes and though there weren't many people. And Mismanagement of serving at Tables; no coordination amongst the staff. The guys who are serving, didn't had any idea who ordered what. They serves the food at one table and takes it back, as they have no idea who had ordered it. Food quantity not worth for the money. :) well... your reply says it all about your customer service and attitude... Good luck Chef Manny...

Never again. Bland chicken and rubbery beef. Chef assumed everyone wanted very well done sirloin. To top it all, he tosses the egg to my kid, and when it breaks all over him, he only laughs and didn't bother to help clean the mess he created. If he forgets the purpose of his existence is to provide service to his customer and not for his own entertainment, i feel sorry for them.

We had a fun lunchtime experience here on a weekday. We enjoyed the best of what was on offer - prawns, wagyu, chicken, fried rice and even non-alcoholic Asahi! It's a fun, casual place to enjoy a meal with a bit of theatre on the side. Luckily, my dining companion caught the egg as I was safely behind the camera, filming!
