Very very bad experience !!!! Three visits from Warren Wards so called "service technicians" and over 1,000.00 out of pocket I was left with a ducted air conditioning system at our Singleton offices with an out of service tag attached to be condemned. When I challenged them about the invoice amount and lack of knowledge and the time spent in finding the fault I quickly learnt that the technician assigned was in fact an apprentice that was charging out as a tradesman. I was informed by Warren Ward himself that he would discount some of the labour costs against a new system if I purchased a new system off him. After contacting their Singleton and Muswellbrook branches over the next two weeks trying to get a quote I had no response whatsoever, it was only when I mentioned that I was going to contact the department of fair trading that I got a response. After the quote I finally received from them and the amount they were going to charge I decided to get another quote. I had Russell from Andrews air conditioning in Singleton arrive shortly after I phoned him to organise another quote. I explained to Russell what had happened and he asked if I wanted him to take a look at the old system which I agreed to, thank god I did, he had the " condemned " system up and running perfectly in approximately half an hour and charged me nothing compared to what Warren Ward did.
