Hopeless. I had a septic tank top with caps ordered in mid December and it didn't arrive till mid March, to top it off the septic tank top itself was grey but the caps and inspection hole were green. Asked 3 times to match them up and it was always "I'll look into it and ring you back". It's not exactly rocket science.
