The most frustrating delivery experience I've ever encountered. I ordered a BBQ online in November 2020, and after weeks of following up, the response was the BBQ was delayed because of covid until January. Then in January after me chasing them again and again it arrived, but without two accessories. I've since chased them for these two accessories. The cover got delivered last week and now after chasing again, they tell me the rotisserie won't be here until the end of March. The communication from this company is a -1. I would not give a dollar more to them ever.

Just used my new Bradley smoker for the 1st time, Couldn't be happier with the result. It's an awesome product. I nearly ordered a Pellet grill but after talking the sales guy. He said I maybe better off with the Bradly as I cook a lot of fish. Only reason giving 4 star is they are out of stock of one the items I ordered, they did at least refund me straight away.

Two stars because I’m just glad (and surprised) my BBQ turned up. I emailed a week after I ordered online to get a rough idea about the expected delivery timeframe. I was told it would be at the warehouse by the end of the week and then would be delivered to my address from there. I waited 4 weeks and then followed up. Made multiple calls, and no one had any information except it should have been picked up from the warehouse(??) and when it is picked up I will get a tracking number emailed to me. After 7 weeks my BBQ arrived unannounced when I was not home and the guy was just going to leave it out the front but luckily my neighbour was there. Fingers crossed it works! I wouldn’t risk buying from here again.

Actually BBQ KING , Joe's BBQ, Tuckers BBQ are all the same but somehow they are working differently like JbHfi and The good guys and they have different websites. I didn't have a good experience with Tuckers but I was happy with customer service of the Joe's BBQ. But seriously these guys got everything you need for your bbq

Really frustrating. No notification when shipping is delayed and no sense of ownership by some of the staff. Spent over 2k on a new smoker and the whole experience has been one of frustration. Will seek another supplier in the future.

I was holding off on writing this review for some time. Just hoping this company would change my mind. Unfortunately, they didn’t. If your looking for a quick and easy process with easy communications. This is not the place to shop with. I purchased a smoker online. Called up a week later to get an update on the shipping. They told me they had no stock (this should be labelled on website at time of purchase). They told me on 3 different occasions that they would ship the item on a particular day which they couldn’t meet. They made no effort to contact me with any updates. 2.5 weeks pass and I finally receive my smoker in the mail. At the time of purchase, they had a promo running for a packet of free pellets. This of course didn’t arrive with the package. So I call up again and enquire. I was told that someone would get back to me with an answer and I have yet to hear back. I strongly do not recommend this company. There are plenty of other bbq shops around

I had an exceptional customer experience last Saturday at the BBQ King (aka Tucker BBQs and Joe's BBQs). I had contacted online sales support on their website and was looked after by both the wonderful Belinda and Sandra. They took the time to help me with my inquiry for a new BBQ (the Masport Supreme Plus RBW SII), gave me advice and were very friendly. I popped in later that morning to the actual store and met Belinda and Sandra in person and their customer service was just as bubbly, friendly and professional as they were online. I also met Michael who ran me through all of the features of the BBQ in detail. Michael, Belinda and Sandra also gave me a lot of personalised advice about setting up the BBQ, a well as a lot of tips, tricks and considerations. They advised me to not rush and to shop around which I did but I ended up coming back to see them because their pricing was better than the other stores and their customer service was next level. There was a promotion for free delivery as well which was just the sweetener on the deal. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience that I had at BBQ King. I will be back for wood chips and to eventually buy that sweet Pagoda Day Lounge you had displayed.

Had problems at first but after the new owners explaining that they had now taken over the website and online purchases service and corresponence was awesome... ordered goods and received in my home within 48 hours... service was great and would certainly recommend this store to everyone... give them a go... my experience was 5 star
