I contacted JBL CUSTOMER SERVICE from their website because I had lost the remote for the bar and mislaid the metal bracket required to wall mount the bar. Within a week through their local distribution company QSLSILVERWATER the replacement parts arrived gratis from JBL. How good and generous was that? Highly recommend JBL USA AND QSL AUSTRALIA. The Customer Service Representative who responded to me was Mr Erchel

oh my god where to start i could rant for hours but simply put my phone was there since 14/02/19. after waiting nearly a year the phone got sent back to harvey norman, they sent it back to QSL in which i waited another 6 months being told "we are in the process of repairing under warranty we are just waiting for a new screen" to then pick the phone up from harvey norman completely untouched and unrepaired, how does that even happen

Had to send Vive Pro Base Station in for warranty repair. They assessed it as faulty and sent out a replacement within 24 hours of their receipt of the unit. Sindhu in customer service was always quick and helpful via email in helping me to rearrange delivery through Toll. Happy customer.

Sent my Nokia 9 pureview in for warranty repair (rapidly draining battery) and all they did was do a factory reset and system update. Battery is still draining rapidly *and* my phone came back with a missing/damaged SIM card tray, meaning I have to send it back again for them to fix that stuff-up as well. UPDATE: They are now trying to charge me over 1100 for a replacement phone after I sent it back for them to repair the damage they caused.

Sent my Nokia 9 for diagnosis , and informed that i don't need a repair as i',m willing to refund it , my request was simply discarded , and they sent an new phone with new serial no and IMEI code , and saying that the store should take the new phone and give your money back !!!!! after long ping pong emails /calls , finally they sent the phone back they started to take the issue seriously after informing them that i will escalate to fair trade this is in addition to sending the phone to wrong delivery address , and not sending the fault report with the phone , and lots of other issue long story short , don waste your time with QSL , and look for a better alternative who know the basics of customer service

Very good customer service. They arranged everything - my 'dead' phone was picked up by courier on Friday, they acknowledged receipt on Monday, Assessed it on Tuesday and had a new phone on it's way back to me on Wednesday. Very happy!
