Guy Sainsbury

David is a great fitness and Judo coach, who has helped me in both of these. He can develop a program suitable for a particular athlete's age and goals (as he did for me) and then guide you through it. He's very good with young kids, athletes in their competitive prime and old(er) players too and has the right mix of discipline and encouragement. He is also good with the mental side of competing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any Judoka or general athlete who wants to serious improvement to their fitness and skill level.
