Just been told by the Apricus rep that if you push for a warranty claim even when out of warranty you will receive parts and labour - high turnover of staff has caused declining sales due to faulty products

Apricus is a great choice for a solar hot water supplier. To be totally up front, I am one of their vendors, but we also sell several other hot water systems. Apricus offers the best warranty, the best service, and the highest efficiency system. Whenever my customers come in to ask about solar hot water, this is the brand I recommend first.

If I could leave no stars I would. I called to find out some information about buying a solar hot water system and was told they don't "deal with the public" as though I was a peasant of some sort. I asked to speak to the manager and I overheard he didn't want to talk to me. What kind of company doesn't have an internal sales team? Poor service.

We have been in business a long time and for many years have been specialising in hot water system repairs and installations (including Solar Hot Water). Our experience in this area is of great value to our customers and ultimately we are able to advise with absolute confidence. When it comes to Solar Hot Water there is nothing better than an Apricus Solar Hot Water System - simple as that! Reliable, amazing efficiency and an after sales service that beats all the others out there. If you are thinking of switching over to a Solar Hot Water System - no matter whether it is to save on your hot water bills or for environmental reasons, you should seriously look at these brilliant systems.

Terrible company. Their customer service is horrible, their employees are miserable and get mistreated (high staff turn over) on top of all that I heard they are going broke and the owner is arrogant and getting what he deserves.

Had it installed 4 years now and only turn the electricity on when it is heavily clouded over 4 days. Recovered installation costs already. Solar hot water is so far the most efficient use of solar energy.
