Found this store by accident. It is now my go to stationary store. The older gentleman who runs it provides the most excellent assistance - and with good humour. Impeccable personal service. Brilliant!

Would not recommend. Expect better from a small business. Not helpful in their knowledge of products, expect their customers to have specific product knowledge and disinterested in answering questions to make a sale. Seems to be they only look after their regular customers or bigger businesses.
After 40 years, Mr Sicari is retiring and closing up this weekend. So many amazing memories and fun had in this store. Thank you to everyone who has gone in to say hello :) \u003c3 Much love
This place has been around for ages, servicing Northbridge and surrounds. It's an independant store, family owned. The guy you meet is the owner. I always make the effort to get there. Ray
The older gentleman who runs/owns this store is very kind and knowledgeable. An absolute pleasure to do business with. I read the other negative reviews and thought I would not shop here, but since it was the only stationary store in the area I was forced to go there one day. The gentleman that served me on my first and second occasion was great - those other reviews seem confusing to me. I was compelled to write this review to set the record straight, as the customer service really was top notch. I hope people aren't put off by the bad reviews and continue to shop there. You'll be pleasantly surprised :) (Maybe they had a work experience kid in there on the day you received bad serivice?)
Great store, owner operator so he knows what he is selling. Unlike the chain stores. Been there forever which means he must be doing something right.
I was NOT happy with the service of Sicari Stationary! I found them to be lazy and not helpful at all. I do not recommend this stationary shop to anyone. Not impressed at all!
