Nice place to drop a line or just grab a coffee and sit on the end of the pier. Can be very busy on the weekends, with the weekdays being far more relaxed and enjoyable. A small beach area is also available at the start of the pier.

I suspect that the weekends could get crazy busy, however mid week during the day, perfection. A great seaside boulevard to walk along. Coffee shops, restaurants and picturesque queenslanders on one side and the ocean on the other. Parks and child friendly playgrounds (particularly southern end of boulevard near the Church childcare centre) make this a great retreat for the whole family. Not far are the wetlands and walking tracks which allow bird watching opportunities.
Amazing sunset views from the pier..great river walk..beach is not very clean ..but you can collect lots of sea shells which kids will like ..also a great place for ..overall a good place to spend evening hours..just 20-25mins from the city
Peaceful place for evening/morning walks. You can fish here as well. Good parking space.
It was lovely sitting under the shade of the trees with a nice breeze. Enjoyed walking on the pier reading the info.
One of the best fishing places near city. You would also get chances to shoot some fabulous photos with sunset. Nice place for BBQ with friends by enjoying views
This place is an amazing destination to take your family, dogs, friends. You can walk, picnic, dog beach, romantic stroll, local food. So much to do. And such a busy little place.
Shorncliffe Pier never fails to deliver! My happy place! The sunrise this morning was spectacular and worth the pain of getting up early. Plus it's coffee and cannoli on a Saturday
