Highly recommend the centre - great team who are always warm and kind. My daughter struggled at first and the team helped her become more comfortable and confident and now she absolutely loves it which is a testament to her educators. They understand and respect her needs and adapt as they change. Thanks for always accommodating our needs with extra days and doing what you can to help out. Great work!

I feel very blessed to have found such an amazing centre for my son to attend. Every single staff member knows his name and is willing to assist on days when he (or I) and struggling with the drop off. For my own reassurance I call to check on how he is doing and I am always greeted with such warmth and kindness. I highly recommend this centre, the facilities are fantastic and the staff are incredible!
So happy for my son to attend childcare here! There is plenty for him to explore, play and learn with wonderful staff members who know and enjoy his company. The team were happy to take on a challenge when he was hesitant to feed and I can’t wait for him to make the most of the outdoor area and water park once he is old enough!
We have been at this centre for more than 4 years and our eldest has gone from nursery to kindy there. He has had countless happy memories playing in the beautiful space and unwavering love and care from the centre staff. We have also loved the fact that nappies and food are included, it’s one less thing for busy parents to remember. 5 stars from us!
We recently moved our 14 month old son to TLC. We were searching for a childcare centre that had a community feel and we wanted our son to feel safe and connected to his carers. I can say we got exactly what we were looking for at TLC. Austin loves his time there. He is happy and there are never any tears at drop off. Each day we can see how his carers Miss Jess and Miss Chloe are helping to develop his motor and communication skills. It's a great little childcare with a warm, inviting environment. I go to work knowing Austin is in good hands and is well cared for.
We have just moved to the area and was seeking a day care that felt like it was all about the children. Wow TLC Sherwood was above and beyond our expectations, they took the time to really ask what we wanted out of a day care centre. I had a great feeling when I walked through the gates. My son has been going for a month now and we are just thrilled with everything that they offer.
Fabulous team of people who genuinely care about the children. We were able to arrange a tour very quickly and impressed by Sherri's (Manager) approach. Our experience of the tour was warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were greeted from the moment we arrived. We were even more pleasantly blown away that our wee bub who we were looking to enrol, was genuinely engaged with, by staff. Sherri was very helpful with sorting out the paperwork and responded/clarified questions we had during the enrollment process. We had a couple of play and stay days, which really helped in the transition for our wee one. It also gave us a better idea of how the centre operates and what to expect as parents. The facilities at TLC Sherwood are fantastic. We were looking for a centre that would nurture and help our bub grow in a safe and friendly environment. We love the tools used such as storypark and the daily information sheets to keep communication open. We feel TLC Childcare Sherwood has met our expectations and needs for our bub. The Nursery team (Miss Jess, Miss Chloe & Miss Ash...plus others) are very skillful working with each child to meet their needs. Our bub has been well cared for. In the short period our bub has been with TLC Sherwood we have seen some great developments. Our bub has adapted so well in the first few days, she is happy and chatty when we leave the centre which is a sign of a great day. My daughters second family! My daughter has been attending TLC for 7 months now and she absolutely adores it. The staff, the atmosphere and the facility are all amazing. We couldn't of wished for a better daycare
