Thank you Shepparton Autos for going above and beyond with helping my mum find and purchase the most perfect car. From the initial moment we walked in, we could feel the passion that you had for your business and you truly cared about our needs. You carefully listened to our non-negotiable requirements and offered options that fulfilled them. Mum is very happy with her purchase and is now zipping around town freely. Thank you for your transparency and great customer service.

I had many terrible experiences of buying a car and mending my car here. They hided the problems of cars and couldn’t fixed a heater even they have mechanical experience over 60 years. I was looking for a used car 4 months ago. The seller, who was the owner of Shepparton Autos as well, showed me a car and guaranteed that the car was in good condition. After inspection, I found out that the heater was out of order; he promised to repair it and told me that it's a piece of cake. The next day, he told me everything was done, and the heater was working. But Apparently not, I felt freezing when I was driving my car at night on the same day when I just paid off all the bill. For this reason, I drove my car back to Shepparton Autos. Again, He said he would repair it. Two days later, he gave me a heater with no cold air and said it would turn warmer after running a little while. I believed him and drove it to NSW to work there. But since the very first day, the heater had never worked. Moreover, after two weeks, the inspection from another mechanic showed that the car had had BLOWN HEAD GASKET, OIL LEAKING and the THERMOSTATAL HAD BEEN ALREADY CUT OUT. I phoned the seller; asked him if I could fix my car in NSW and he paid the bill. He rejected my request and promised me (again) he would fix the problems if I brought the car back from NSW to Shepparton. To fix the problems, I took the car back and dropped it at Shepparton Autos. After almost one week, he told me he did everything he could do but still couldn’t fix the heater. I could do nothing but pick my car with disappointed. But I couldn’t believe the nightmare hadn’t finished. The radio and cruise control were broken as well right after he “fixed” my car. Moreover, the engine temperature gauge was waggling on the top. I drove back again and he fixed them after two days. Now, I just thought “Okay, enough.” I accepted the car, which the seller said it’s all in good condition, having broken heater.

The address google maps took me to was at the back of a supermarket complex. Found the correct address. Small yard the car I looked at had a number of thing wrong with it so I passed.

Absolutely the worst company ever. They sold me a car which would not pass a proper roadworthy as they conveniently have a roadworthy tester next door to their premises. I was sold a car that had to have 4000 of repairs to it which was found by my friend after I had bought the car, including a flat battery, wipers that didn't work, broken bushes, broken cv joints, paint faded beyond repair and the list goes on. Why did I buy the car? I knew and don't claim to know anything about car mechanics and trusted this company to sell me something legitimate.
