Dearest readers, When the aches and pains of lives catch up with us, the twinge in our kneck screams, our back seizes, or we just feel tired and run down. Then this is the greatest place to have a lovely person kneed your muscles back to that glorious feeling of humanity. LoL's I will now take this opportunity to speak of my own experiences, I enjoy a deep tissue massage. And I have had the joy of having professional and amazing ladies make me wanna beg for mercy as they push my knots out of my muscles as o breathe deep and wonder how this tiny person can hurt me so good. The deep tissue is a real experience, such a good one, after they are done oh my readers one may feel so so so good. But this does not need to be your experience, you may get a much softer massage, with oils and hot rocks even....Oh bliss. I cannot recommend enough, my dear readers this glorious place of healing and wellness.

Proud Massage was a wonderfull find in Shepparton! Would highly recommend this traditional Thai massage spot. They are clean, professional, friendly and have great spirits. Massage is a part of my daily life and I have spend a significant amount of time in Bangkok, the team at Proud are super legit. Kun Da has looked after me a. number of times, great woman. During CoVid they also had a very clear, professional and accomodating system for dealing with the added layers of complexity around massage treatments.

I very recommended this place. Their service is very good, their doing a good job and their doing a very good massage, you can request them how firm you want they to massage you and you no need to tell them where is the most painful parts of your body because they know and they will massage the place until its not very hurt anymore and move to another place. P/s : The one that massage me is Khao and Nam️
