Came in without an appointment, but with a very flat tire and was feeling a bit shaken. They sent me off for a cup of tea and had it changed (for a new one - reasonably priced) in under 40 minutes. Reassured me about the other tires and said I wouldn't need to worry about them for a while. So kind and helpful and professional. I really appreciate such excellent customer service.
