I love community kids . My children eat well and have lots of learning experiences there . They have a great routine but the carers will cater to any special requests . I love the photos and updates I get during the day so I can keep in touch with what my children are doing . Shanel the centre manager is really flexible and works with the parents for a smooth partnership between the parents and the centre. I also appreciate how vigilant the staff are with sunscreen during the summer .
I would definitely recommend this center to others. The staff in the nursery room have been fantastic and very helpful helping our family settle in to daycare life. Our daughter has formed amazing bonds with her carers in the month that she has been attending which helps a first time mum like myself not have mum guilts. The staff throughout the centre have all been so welcoming and helpful with any questions we have had. Renee Finn
Community Kids Shepparton are a wonderful day care with friendly and caring staff who are always willing to help. My daughter is always so happy to go to day care and loves all the educators. I really enjoy receiving my "Daily Reflection" emails which tell me what my daughter has been doing during the day and also meals and snacks she has eaten. I feel the centre is always trying to improve and are open to suggestions from parents. Highly recommend Community Kids!
The staff at Community Kids are so welcoming and supportive and fantastic with all the kids. My daughter loves attending and settled in really quickly to the facility and it has really stimulated her learning and development. The centre is so flexible with attendance dates and has an app to manage bookings which works well for us being shift workers. We would highly recommend the centre to anyone looking for day care for their children.
I have a 2 year old daughter and struggled to find care that was reliable and trustworthy as my little girl can be clingy when being left in care. I took her to Community Kids Shepparton and found she had adapted really well and quickly as the staff were very friendly and warm towards her. Every morning she is looking forward to going to childcare. So if you are looking for childcare that is reliable and helps wherever they can. I would definitely recommend Community Kids Shepparton
I have had 2 children now come through the centre. Both my children have enjoyed their time. My 3 year old who is still here is happy to come every day and will often cry when told there is no daycare today. The educators have been amazing at helping them settle in and transition across the centre. All the staff have been amazing with informing me daily about how my children have been and what they have been up to. With the new kindyhub emails I am informed daily about the activities and the menu which helps me plan ahead. I love the centre and recommend it to anyone.
Community Kids came highly recommended to me from a work colleague and I have no hesitation in highly recommending community kids to other parents. The staff are always friendly and helpful and my kids are always happy there. It's great peace of mind when I drop them off knowing they will be happy and well cared for
