Awesome service and really friendly and helpful staff. They took the time to explain everything to me and gave me options for repairs to save me money. We just moved to the area and were recommended here by family who service all of their cars here, we will be doing the same from now on.

These guys understand European cars. If you have a problem with your car that is undiagnosed or you need a second opinion on something, I could not recommend them enough. I recently took my car (Audi A4) into Alan Roe after having a problem that was undiagnosed by 3 other mechanics, including the Audi Service Centre here in Shepparton. I had been told 3 different problems from different repairers and was at a loss as to what to do. I was recommended Alan Roe by a few people so I thought I'd give him a go. From the moment I walked in their professional service was standout. The way they treated me as a customer and listened to me explain what was happening with my car to going over details to make sure they had all the right information. When they began work on the car they checked literally everything and did pressure tests etc to make sure they had the right diagnosis. The repair ended up costing me half of what Audi had quoted me for a part my car didn't even need. When i picked up my car, Alan who had overseen everything, explained to me what they did and what it was affecting. I would 100% recommend these guys. Honest and helpful who I could tell genuinely want to do a good job.

We had our ford falcon road worthy with Bosch. James was extremely knowledgable and honest, he gave me and my other half advice which saved us moneys. Top man! Cant recommend them enough.
