Small menu, not a heap to choose from. Basic 3 types of steak, a combo of fresh and fried seafood items with a few salads and pastas. Not much by way of indoors seating. Best to make a reservation as walk ins means you will end up outside which is fine if the weather is favourable. The views are great. The pub which connects to the bistro gets a bit rowdy. So not ideal for a quiet romantic dinner or family dining. Years ago they used to have an awesome kids menu that came with a bowl of fresh fruit salad. My daughter got a chicken schnitzel with chips and a piece of watermelon on the plate. It came with a drink. It's ok. Not amazing. I ordered surf and turf which was pretty impressive.. my only real criticism was that the plate was too small for the amount of food stacked on it. Was awkward to eat especially as we were outside in the wind. The Ocean Beach is more for drinkers who enjoy crowds. It's a pity they don't cater more for families given that there is an awesome park and beach right outside.

Loved the seaside ambience. Staff extremely friendly. Ordered a seafood platter for two. Absolutely delicious. Only thing was I didn't leave enough room for dessert. Oh well next time. I recommend all family members would enjoy dining here. Wide range of meals to select from menu including Kids meals. Bathrooms clean. Covid19 practices were in place which made me feel extremely confident, comfortable and safe. Enjoy

Outstanding venue, lovely afternoon in the sun enjoying great food and beer at very reasonable prices. Staff were so friendly and easy going. Been hear on multiple occasions and will be returning alot more. 5 stars from me
Ok enough. Over sized portions. Would do better to focus on quality rather than quantity. Oddly enough the kids meal comes with a side of Watermelon. Not sure it pairs well with the spaghetti but the kids loved it. Steak wasn't great but the seafood basket was good. A hit and a miss from us.
Love the food here. We go out of our way to have a meal here. My favourite meal is the grilled barramundi and slaw with chips
Best fish and chips ever also, the fruit tingle is super yummy
Absolutely had a wonderful lunch on Good Friday, pan seered Salmon best I have had ,friendly staff and great quick service
