Would give a 0 if we could. We have paid 150 for an item, which hasn't arrived, hasn't been shipped our emails aren't replied to. We could have paid 50 including delivery from China on the exact same item literally, chose do to the right thing and buy from an Aussie store and got jibbed. The phone number on the order confirmation is actually a disconnected number and does not ring. Then you call the actual shop, they give the number to this shop in shailer park and the clown here who answered told me its nothing to do with him and its not his problem and he does not care. Absolute garbage! I'll be going my bank to report the fraud and hopefully get the transaction reversed. Trust me folks, you're better off saving money and buying from a Chinese store on eBay.

We contacted Oz Spy Security Solutions Slacks Creek, for a Security package for our home. Phil came and did a thorough review of where the cameras should be positioned, for best all round coverage of entry points. The installation team were extremely professional and polite and explained exactly how the system worked to ensure we knew how to review footage, which also included an app on our smart phones for 24/7 accessibility. We compared their prices to other brands and companies and found them to on pare with others but their after market support & follow up has been exception. These guys did a great job! They were very responsive to my questions and concerns and helped me put together a system that met my needs and stayed within my customers budget. Buddy responded very quickly to my questions via email and text, and even came back out to help me with an issue after the installation. The system works great! I have access via my Iphone and Internet, and I highly recommend them if you need a security system installed.
