I used to get their boxes years ago and just started it up again. So glad I did. The value is epic. If I'd bought these at the store and had to pick them all myself it wouldn't be as fresh, fun or organic. Honestly the best tasting fruit or veggies I've had in a while, and so impressed it's all organic. Even though the tomatoes aren't super red and the apples aren't coated to their eyeballs in wax (opposed to the food that looks prettier at the supermarket because they've been accelerated to grow faster but has zero flavour), this tastes a million times better and I know it's more nourishing. Thanks again, will definitely make this a regular routine!

Homefresh is an amazing company. Great produce, excellent customer service and if there is ever a problem with something in the box, they are happy to replace those items. They are also responsive to feedback. They have removed plastic packaging and now have great cardboard spacers to keep the produce safe.

I've been getting deliveries once a fortnight for a year or so and I am very happy with the services. Always very easy to skip a delivery even last minute. Very easy to deal with and I strongly recommend using Homefresh Organics if you are after seasonal organic fresh produces.

As others mentioned we gave this company a lot of chances to improve, as we really wanted to shop with them. However after a year we only received fruit and veggies that were all edible a few times.They don’t seem to care about delivering fresh produce which is a shame. We started using another similar Brisbane fruit and veg business and they’ve been fantastic with customer service and freshness of their produce.

Organic Choice

REALITY: We have been using this company for more than 10 years. Each box that I receive always has spoiled produce in it. You dont always receive the items that you order either. THE GOOD POINTS: They have a very good range of grocery items, dairy, meat and they pack these very well. PROBLEMS: --- they are good at resolving problems because there has never been a box we received that didnt have a problem with it. They will replace spoiled produce, and/or give you a store credit. Because they resolve the problems -- we do keep on using this company. But I look forward to the day in which there is never a problem that has to be resolved!
