I got a car transported from Ballarat to Sydney. The price was by far the best out of about 5 quotes I obtained. The end price was the same as initially agreed which is already more than I can say about other companies. Car arrived within the stated time frame and in the same condition as when they picked it up. Anuj was courteous, honest and easy to deal with. No complaints here, would use SMB again.

They have damaged my car while transporting it from sydney to darwin. I have asked them to fix it but they refused and misbehaved me. See the top of the car, they hit my car while putting it on to the truck. Not only that they took almost two months to deliver whereas they have promised the maximum time will not cross one month. See the photo. Never go for this company, never.
Picked up my car this morning that came from Darwin. They took great care of it and quickly delivered it to Sydney, ready for me to pick up. Nice job
Had a car carried from Melbourne to Sydney. Plastic part on body disappeared, no compensation for damage as they said that cars over 20 years will not be eligible for refund. Will never use again

Hi I won’t recommend to anyone to use SMB AUSTRALIA SERVICE I dropped my car on 09/03/2021 and receptionist guy told me your car would be delivered 2 to 3 weeks and now it’s over 5 weeks my car still there I called there in the office they said would be coming next week which means over 6 weeks this is unprofessional work I am not happy with this service Thanks
Terrible service. Damaged my vehicle and left oil stains all over leather interior. Tried to contact to discuss and never received any contact back or assistance. Ignored me repeatedly and actively refusing to acknowledge responsibility for damage and stains. Will have to pursue at great time and expense through the courts — not worth it!!
