Rude and money orientated. It seems they put money before the customer. The service man did not want to help my husband with some simple questions unless he paid a lot of money to have them come and look at the machine. We ended up using a very nice man from vending support who gave his time to help and explain how to fix the issue. I would not reccomend them.

Poor customer service! Very expensive! Very rude! I Spoke to Les the technican who did not want to help me unless I bought something. Machine had an issue and I called up to get some parts and advice. It had been originally bought from them. But as some one had sold it to me, he told me go to them for help. When asked what part would be need he told me to pay for someone to come out and not waste his time. Dissapointing! Do not use!

parts are very expensive and missing parts and bits in packaged items and answer phone when you need them or call you back when message is left
