The customer service offered over the phone was one of the WORST that I ever have had in regards of medical centers. The attendant who called herself as "Betrot", besides being very rude since when she picked up the call, she told me to look for a "cheaper" medical center (guess she thinks I can't afford a gp appointment, pity on her) she interrupted me twice when I was speaking to her as well as her talk was very arrogant. Someone Must improve A LOT the customer service before pick another phone call again.
