These guys had a huge job with my place, all roof, walls and eaves, as well as some internal stuff. They all worked really hard and did a great and safe job. They were extremely professional as workers had to deal with people making complaints to council and Worksafe. However as the guys were completely in regulation and working so safely, no issues were found. They were also a lot cheaper than other quotes I got! Thanks heaps :)
While the actual work was done well, the communication was terrible. Didn't show up for the initial quote after enquiry, and then moved the date of the job without even telling us! This caused lots of follow on issue as we had builders booked to do eaves etc. If you use these guys, make sure you stay on top of their communication because it was woeful. I'm sure there are lots of other asbestos removal companies and I wish I had trusted my gut and gone with someone else. Be careful please. EDIT: - I never said they didnt turn up, I said they moved the job without informing me. We were booked in for a Wednesday job and I called them on the Tuesday to make sure they were turning up, and the owner replied with "Oh, we moved your job to Friday, didn't NAME contact you?". No, he did not. - It's completely unprofessional to discuss payment details online but what they failed to mention is that 90% of the invoice was paid and the remainder was a small amount, had they sent an email with the invoice and details it would have been paid - clearly this "small" company has poor processes, I had the owner complaining about how so-and-so should have booked in the quote to the point I actually said "look, your internal issues are yours, I dont need to hear them, can we reschedule the quote?". The initial quote was booked at least 2 weeks in advance
