Poor or no communication. Poor quality warranty work, returned my car with binding steering and a clunk down low probably near the rack, my car now drives worse than before the work was carried out. My gearbox started to make noise at 30,000 km and at 50,000km it was booked in to be replaced but rather than rebuild my low kilometre gearbox or fit a brand new gearbox they use a changeover which for all I know has already got 200,000 km on it and here we are a month later already starting to crunch and whine again. They take unreasonably long amounts of time to conduct even the most basic of repairs. Refused to provide me with an email address for the manager to put my concerns complaints into writing to make sure I had a paper trail for reimbursement of lost income as a result of their poor work and delays. Issues presented to them last year still aren't addressed due to "shipping from France", electronics on this car are dysfunctional from new as proven in multiple video files I have taken. I could go on but I won't, you get the idea, buy here and be prepared for substandard after sales service. My Renault trafic lemon edition has been for sale for 2 months and no one is interested in buying it even though it is the lowest kilometre and cheapest one currently on the market - thanks Peninsula Renault for providing rubbish after sales support, poor repairs on my low kay 2-year-old vehicle, for thrashing it and making sure all my equipment was upside down and paint tins had broken and Leaked all over the floor and for refusing to provide me with your managers email and insisting I to speak to him verbally where no papertrail could exist, I have contacted the ACCC and I am currently considering other options.

Peter Krivanek is a very professional and trustworthy gentlemen, he described the car condition and answered all my queries promptly. I am from Sydney and purchased a car from Peter Krivanek without inspection. When the car delivery, it matches my expectation to what he told me. The ONLY PROBLEM was on the delvery day, I found out there were 3 new scratches on the rear door on the passenger side that were not marked in the sender inspection report, which is quite disappointed. I am chasing PRIXCAR (the car transport company) for the claim, let's see what they will do. I hope I can give Prixcar 5 stars review too once they resolve my claim.

Purchased a near-new Clio RS Sport from here, after a couple of days I noticed a puddle of water when we parked the car overnight. Gave these guys a call and the service manager who just shrugged me off saying that's it's from the A/C. Then later that week, a large steam of smoke came out from under the bonnet when were driving, we pulled over immediately. Our local RACV came out advised us saying that engine has overheated and said the guys that sold it to you put some chemical in the radiator to cover up a cracked engine head. I wouldn't trust these guys, i spent over 30,000 and got burnt. They smile at your face until the sale is over and then don't want to know you. Buyer beware.
