I ordered a bimini cover and clicked blue on their website. Then paid ....They sent me an invoice and tracking number. The tracking number did not work. On arrival the colour was grey not blue as requested. I called them and he said check invoice for the colour. I said there is no colour on the invoice. So he said the colour requested online was grey. I told him my boat is blue and why would I want a grey colour. At this point he was completely blaming me for their mistake as I told him maybe you have a website problem. Again he went off that I was the only customer that ever complained. He offered me no solution. So I will register a complaint with consumer protection and PayPal.
Very good service, ordered and received it within 4 days, ( free delivery ) as described and a fair price.
