Was contacted by Subaru re upcoming due service post Covid restrictions (This is a Subaru and Hyundai Service Centre). Service booked with free courtesy car available. Service provided as per service book. Warranty repairs performed without hassle. Extra above and beyond services provide a professional touch (free courtesy car, wash and vacuum car). No complaints here..

I have been coming here for 5 plus years now. I honestly couldn't fault the service. Firstly , the team behind the counter are always helpful and friendly. The driver who does drop off and picks up is amazing. So friendly and happy and makes my day just chatting to him. I really like getting my car serviced at Frankston Hyundai it's always fast but never a headache. They have a coffee machine if u decide to wait around but if you want to go somewhere local they take you with no fuss. My husband has a Jeep and he never ever gets such nice service like I get when I get my car serviced.

Always polite and helpful. They offer shuttle service. Only negative is they try to sell cheap dangerous tyres even for their performance range ( black diamond brand)

I booked my car in for its 10k service, the desk staff were prompt and welcoming. I waited while they carried out the service about 2 hours, upon getting back into the car, all the settings had been fiddled with which for me is quite annoying, then driving home I noticed how silent the car was to which I realised the service technician had turned off all of my pre set voice commands and safety alerts. I do understand that part of the service they upload and up date all the data but they could at least out of respect to the owner re set all the controls and functions as they were prior to the service including seats and mirrors. when I rang and raised this with the lady on the phone who was accepting that this happens often, she wasn’t able to help me as they didn’t have enough staff on duty, not a result I was looking

Zoe and the team are an asset to your company. The service department was buzzing with efficiency and friendliness on a busy Monday morning. My service from the reminder email to the pick up and loan car was seamless. Working for a direct competitor service department, I’m embarrassed our team aren’t operating with the same finesse. Well done. Left with a good feeling and that my little i30 was taken care of by experts. Cheers.
