Can't speak highly enough of Moira. I have used this service since pre NDIS. I find the staff very helpful, friendly, efficient and very professional. Moira is constantly looking for ways to help carers care as well as looking after carers (the recent 3 free counselling sessions for carers during the covid pandemic is the best example). Moira streamline their service to get the maximum output and value without giving the carer extra work. Best of all - Moira listens. Smooth registration over the phone and got it done same day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their statements gives me clarity on how I am using my funds. Its also helpful they have various reminders in place for invoices. Services have been great and consistent. Good to know these guys are a not for profit and disability organisation. Moira manages my sons NDIS funding. There have been no delays in payments of accounts and any queries I have had have been addressed quickly and to our full satisfaction. I mostly comunicated with Moira via email. We have always had a response within one business day and the staff is extremly courteous and efficient. I also attendended a series of yoga classes Moira has offered. It was bliss to relax and be still for an hour. Thank you
