We hired this company as they came highly recommended by our builder. Easy process to start off with, but once installation date came and went, we were told the panels we had ordered weren't in stock. There was no real resolution offered, no dates supplied. This went on for nearly 2 months. Our complaint entailed someone else allocated to our project. We did not get any further traction and the constant calls and emails did not expedite the process. Another month went by. The new panel installation plan had not been done, the panels were still not in stock and another variation was offered. An install date could still not be offered. After 2.5 months past the install date and chasing to get the solar done we cancelled the contract. The company provided a full refund of deposit. Really disappointed as they were a recommended company.
