My boyfriend has made Sambos part of our weekend morning routine (he may be guilty of it on weekdays too). These guys give the rest of them a run for their money! Soy flat white is my usual go to as a safe choice (the taste of soy milk masks a bad coffee for me). Much like ordering teriyaki chicken at any new Japanese restaurant. The boy was half asleep one morning and got me a normal flat white. I was skeptical at first but to my surprise it was also yum! Do yourself a favour and skip the queues at the other joints along the strip. I promise you won't regret it If you do call in, say hi to Moy

Good ham and cheezers! Update: Considering removing a star, but will see how Sambo's responds to this feedback. Rocked up here at 5:05 AM and asked for a coffee. Now this place opens at 5. I was told the machine is not ready. If a shop opens at 5, and they have a coffee machine I would say that they need to be serving coffees from 5. The lady was also quite condescending. I reckon they need to pull their fingers out and get on the machine and potentially do what has to be done to start serving some coffees. Unacceptable. 3/5. Will update in due-course
