Unable to meet their professional obligation. Happy to take your money but not willing to work for it. They do not have what it takes to manage a property however are happy to lecture you about respect - mind boggling. Constant disappointment - Prefect agency if you want your property trashed and have money to burn

Do not deal with these people. When they make a mistake which were many they expected the landlord to pay for their mistakes. They took no responsibility whatsoever and when I insisted they pay for their mistake they cancelled the property management contract and walked away!!! They cited that I was too difficult to deal with. You must be difficult when you insist that they behave fairly and professional and fix/pay for their stuff ups! Not professional at all! No find someone else please landlords.

Agree with the other review on here, seems to be a common trend with this place. They would rather turn over tenants continually rather than do any sort of maintenance or try and keep any long term tenants. Especially given the COVID situation, you have to question this business model that relies on new tenants every 12 months... Full of excuses, would not recommend.
Small and tidy real estate agent in a great location. Seen quite a few local listings as they are popular.
