if it was possible to leave no stars I would. No unprofessional no communication until the last minute. It was already a difficult situation as an agreement had been reached that we had no control over the sale of a property and the other party did but we where legally on title and were treated as a after thought. We weren't even told when the settlement date had change and been extended a week I found out myself when i called 48 hours prior to the known date of settlement and the only response I got was 'oh thought you were told. They made what was already a difficult and emotional situation for myself and my siblings ten times worse . Wouldn't recommended them to my worst enemy let alone someone I liked.
