Wonderful customer service. We purchased our vinyl flooring through another company and when the installer came out he found every excuse not to lay it. So having had Carpet Giants installers out the previous day to lay carpet I called them to see if they could recommend someone. I spoke to a lovely lady who helped me and passed on my details to a wonderful installer who has come out and with out any issues laid my beautiful new vinyl. Carpet Giants I am grateful for your assistance and I couldnt be happier with Dean and his offsider. THANK YOU

We were looking floor rug found the right rug wrong size. They told us that we could join 2 together or boarder with a carpet of our choice. We boarded the right rug and now we have our perfect floor rug thank you so much.

Horrific customer service. Asked questions about painted concrete look tiles and was told to find it myself. 'Sadly' interrupted a conversation when leaving with no goodbye. Will not be returning anytime soon, good thing too, as I would prefer to put my money towards a business that earns it.
