I have completed a Cert 4 WHS online course with OHSA IN 2020. With the certification I received, I have started 2021 with a promotion to be the safety officer for a large company that services South East Qld. The course was well structed and the staff was responsive to my requests. I was able to complete the course in 10 months while working a full time job.

I booked my standard 11 course with this company as it was the only one i could find that ran on a weekend. The trainer (Richard Browne) not only had extensive practical knowledge of the mining industry but was also approachable, friendly and patient in his delivery of the course. I felt comfortable asking questions about things i was unsure of and he made sure myself and the class understood what was being taught before moving onto the next subject. I highly recommend ohsa and would confidently book any future courses i need with them.

Gave 10 days notice to cancel my enrollment in the standard 11 course due to finding other employment and no longer needing to do the course. Filled in and returned all relevant paperwork but am still waiting for my refund. Has been over a month now. Dont think i will ever see my money again.......... Go through another company for your standard 11 this company is only interested in taking your money.
