the staff are really friendly, very helpful for what you're looking for. When I got my guitar I got the accessories for free (capo, guitar strap).
It'll be worth the drive because I baught a massive guitar pack with a capo, pedal, seat, 3 stands, a book holder, Orange amp, jackson floyd rose guitar and two cables, and the guy that was there put every thing 50% off!! They are also really kind there as well. Thanks guys, I appreciate the work

My son took his guitar there to get the action done on Sunday and the young guy told him it can't be done cause their system was down. He flatly refused to help my son and told him to come back next week. Great so we rang the day before and all was good. We drove half an hour to get there and the bloke couldn't be bothered writing down the details and then putting it back into the computer when it come back online. This is sheer laziness and a pathetic attitude to a customer that has been supporting this business for many years. What is wrong with people these days, it's all too hard! Great service guys! HaHa
