Great range and very helpful staff. Easy parking and just off main street.

A BIG THANKYOU to Sandy & Kerry at the dress counter! I live in metro Melbourne (our stores are closed until November) and need to get my hands on some fabric samples, so I can place a big order and they've cut 7 types to sample size, for a family friend who lives in sale, to collect on my behalf and post to me! Sandy & Kerry were both very helpful!! Thank you! :)

Some of the staff there are really rude, I didn't feel welcomed at all and felt like I was a bother there, when I asked if I could look at their clearance already cut fabric which was blocked 'btw' they said yeah, So I had to physically move the fat quater fabric cage just to get to the clearance fabic and over heard 2 of the staff snarking about it. So all in all worst shopping experience there.

amazing variety, but too much 'made in China'

Good service, good range of products, but a bit crowded (display shelves and products) for easy shopping. Too many items are stored either high or low making it hard for people with disabilities although the staff are wonderful in helping.

Usually a terrific product range backed by knowledgeable staff.
